Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to:

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours after purchase.

Once an order has entered processing or shipment, cancellation may no longer be possible.

9. Exchanges

At this time, we do not guarantee direct exchanges. Customers wishing to replace an item may be advised to place a new order after the original return has been approved.
